a family office

We are an established family office with investments in public equities, residential, commercial, retail, renewable energy and operating interest in service businesses.  

Given the inequity that debt has brought about, we are trying something new, 78six Partnership, a vehicle by which we can by-pass the banks and work directly with the community to address the need for housing and need for pension assets for those who need to diversify their investments with private equity investments.

We think we have a great idea, having renters as owners.  Our belief is that owners will make great tenants, and make for a great investment.
